Ingredients

Preparation

  • Make sure the snow crab is thawed before you start cooking. If the clusters are frozen, you can submerge them in cold water for 20-30 min to get them ready to cook with.
  • Cut a slit length-wise into the legs so the butter can reach the meat of the crab.
  • Melt the butter in a pan big enough to place the crab clusters in. Finely chop the garlic and add to the pan. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes before you add finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Heat until the butter is bubbling.
  • Add the crab to the pan, make sure to coat the crab in the butter. Cook for 5-6 minutes so the crab is heated through.
  • Serve the snow crab with lemon, bread and butter.
